Jamie Sadlier
Founder & Managing Director
Jamie oversees all aspects of Thrivin Landscape & Civil, including client consultations, quoting, project planning and quality control.
With formal qualifications in landscape construction, horticulture and building and construction, along with extensive hands-on experience, Jamie brings a strong technical and practical understanding to every project.
His focus is on ensuring each job is properly planned, structurally sound and finished to a premium standard.

Certificate IV in Landscape Construction
Diploma of Horticulture
Certificate IV in Building and Construction
Business Management Training

Shaun Thomas
Landscape Construction Technician
Shaun is a valued member of the Thrivin Landscape & Civil team and plays a key role in delivering projects efficiently and to a high standard.
As a Landscape Construction Technician, Shaun assists with retaining wall construction, fencing, concreting, excavation, drainage and landscaping works. He is known for his strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail.
Shaun helps ensure projects are completed safely, professionally and with the high level of workmanship our clients expect.
