Built on Experience, Family Values and a Passion for Quality Construction

From South East Queensland to North West Tasmania, Thrivin Landscape & Civil was built on a passion for construction, a commitment to quality and a desire to create a better life for our family.

Building a Better Future in Tasmania

Thrivin Landscape & Civil was founded by Jamie Sadlier, driven by a lifelong passion for building, creating and improving properties in a way that stands the test of time.

Growing up in South East Queensland, Jamie witnessed firsthand the rapid growth and development of the building and construction industry. Seeing homes, infrastructure and communities being shaped sparked a strong interest in construction and a desire to build a meaningful career in the industry.

That passion led to extensive formal training and practical experience across landscape construction, horticulture, building and business management.

OUR STORY

QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING

Jamie has invested heavily in education and professional development, including:

  • Certificate IV in Landscape Construction

  • Diploma of Horticulture

  • Certificate IV in Building and Construction

  • Business Management Studies

This combination of qualifications provides a strong foundation in practical construction, design, plant knowledge, structural understanding and business systems.

A NEW CHAPTER IN TASMANIA

In 2023, Jamie and his family made the decision to relocate to Tasmania in search of a better quality of life.

Like many families, they wanted to escape the traffic, congestion and fast pace of Brisbane and create a more balanced lifestyle surrounded by open space, community and opportunity.

They quickly fell in love with the North West Coast and the region’s unique combination of natural beauty, hardworking communities and exciting future potential.

Today, Jamie, his wife and children proudly call North West Tasmania home.
